March is a time of celebration as days get longer, the weather starts to warm up, and the sun comes out more. For college students, however, it can be a stressful month of presentations, projects, and finals. If this sounds like you this month, make sure to take some time for yourself as well! That might mean relaxing with some tea or coffee, taking a walk or hitting the gym, chatting with a friend for a few minutes, or just taking a short break away from your desk.
